When Are Refunds or Exchanges Accepted?
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives faulty or damaged.
- Incorrect Orders: If the product received is not what you ordered.
- Change of Mind: For select unopened items, within 7 days of delivery (see exclusions below).
How to Request a Refund or Exchange

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if possible.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or exchange process.
Refund & Exchange Guidelines
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with complete accessories/manuals when applicable.
- Returns due to change of mind may be subject to a small restocking fee.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after item inspection.
- Shipping costs for returns (except for wrong/faulty items) may be shouldered by the customer.
What Cannot Be Returned?
- Opened or used personal care items (for hygiene reasons).
- Perishable food and beverages.
- Bulk or special orders produced specifically for you (unless defective).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
